Stainless steel SPA umbilical and flanged splitters are used to branch or change the diameter of various pipes in the water, gas and petrochemical industries. Branches can be used to branch from the following pipes:

1- Ductile iron pipes

2- Steel pipes

3- Steel pipes

4- Class D, C, B asbestos pipes

5- PVC pipes

6- Polyethylene PE pipes

7- GRP pipes

Product Specifications:

1- All metal parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.

2- The rubber band used is made of EPDM, SBR, NBR.

3- Welding of all metal parts is done by argon welding and under argon shielding gas.

4- All screws are produced by roll forming method and are covered by Teflon.

5- All nuts and washers are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.

6- All flanges are designed for working pressure PN 10/16.

7- Drilling holes of all flanges are according to DIN2501, DIN2576 standard.

8- All flanges, body and accessories of branch branches are made of stainless steel AISI304 or AISI316.

Branches of sizes 2 1/2″, 3″ and 4″ will be double-jawed (Type: SP20A)

Productive sizes of splitter body

  • Type umbilical clamps (SP10A) can be designed and manufactured for pipes from 44mm to 346mm outside diameter in lengths of 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm.
  • Type umbilical clamps (SP20A) can be produced for pipes with an outer diameter of 109 mm to 645 mm and in lengths of 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 750 and 1000 mm.

Working pressure of branch clamps (for water direction)

For pipe diameter ND40 to ND150, tolerable pressure 16 bar.

For pipe diameter ND175 to ND300, tolerable pressure 10 times.

Flanged branch clamps

Production sizes:

  • Flange branch clamps (SP10T) are designed and manufactured for pipes from 87mm to 346mm in diameter in lengths of 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 750, 1000 mm.
  • Flange branch clamps (SP20T) are designed and manufactured for pipes from 109mm to 1200mm in diameter in lengths of 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm.

Flange design

All flanges are made of 304 or 316 steel.

Drilling of flanges used in branch clamps is according to DIN2576 and DIN2501.

All flanges are designed and manufactured according to the standard for PN10 and PN16.

Working pressure of branch clamps (for water direction)

For pipe diameter ND80 to ND500, tolerable pressure 16 bar.

For ND600 pipe diameter tolerable pressure 10 times.

The minimum body length of flanged branch brackets is determined from the table below.

If the diameter of the main pipe is greater than or equal to 300 mm, we choose the length of the branch body to be 400 mm.
